Taper Notes:
First torrented 5/15/13. Sorry it took so long to get this one out there, I was waiting on a friend to do some
EQ work and finally got it back to track it out and share. Drove down to Atlanta with a new friend Mike,
long time Tool fan, that had recently moved to Knoxville from Michigan. We got there early enough to try
and hear the soundcheck but didn't have any luck. Went and met up with some friends from Nashville
for dinner and headed back to the venue. I was going to 'gear up' and realized that I didn't have my mics.
Thinking back to someone taping some shows in 2001 with some headphones, I grabbed what I had and hoped
for the best. Pretty good performance by the band given the last handful of shows I'd seen or heard.
Before Sober Maynard says "We're just kind of waiting for the acid to kick in and then we'll get going."
I thought the "Fuck you, last show" comment by Maynard before Ænema was a little odd. I think
I enjoyed seeing the first show of the tour (2010) better than seeing the last show of
the tour (2007, 2012) though any of those were better performances than the few shows immediately before or after.

Special thanks to Frederik for EQing this show! I tried and tried but
couldn't get anything I was happy with. In it's raw form this recording is barely listenable
but I think he did a great job with it. I was able to remove some of the tape hiss once I got it back from
him and this is what you get, a pretty listenable recording outside of the fact that it has no ass. There
is a slight amount of distortion during the loudest parts of the show. I had quite a few chatty people
around me as well...damn seated floor shows. Better than nothing, I guess. Shortly after this show I
bought a Sony PCM-M10 with built in mics so that I would always have some back up mics if by some chance I
ever forgot my dpa4061s again!
