Important - this is for historical interest and sounds simply dreadful. For completists only, and even they
may choose to pass this by. Imagine that a local catholic boys high school had a series of concerts over the late
sixties and early seventies. Some had been a bit wild - the Doors, The Who, Cream. Ginger Baker had passed
out on stage at the Cream show. The administration was very nervous about continuing to allow concerts. So when
the concert committee presented a band that even had "sabbath" in their name, what could go wrong? Of course,
this was Black Sabbath touring Paranoid, and likely they were nothing like the administration anticipated.

So the details - recorded from the second row slightly to the left of center on an Ampex mono recorder with internal
mikes on a standard Maxell cassette. Recorder was down my jeans, which I believe were Levi's. Lots of glitches as
tape started and stopped between songs. The concert opened with Paranoid and soon after that, there was a power
failure on stage - I spared you that. They restarted the concert again with Paranoid. There was an encore
that I missed - we were standing on stage next to a stack of speakers when they came back for the encore,
and my hearing has never been the same.
