QUALITY: A LOT of hiss associated with this recording, I'm sure this is
quite generated. I do have this show on bootleg vinyl, but no record player.
Would be nice to upgrade, since I think this recording came from a record
at one point. There are a few record pops throughout the recording. Being
that this was 1982, the recording is still a decent listen. You can pick out
the guitars, drums, vocals quite well. It's not a garbled mess.
Would love to get an upgrade, please let me know if you have one that sounds really
good or known generation.

CORRECT SHOW: Yes, James says "Frisco" right before the Mechanix, and this differs
from the other '82 Frisco shows by setlists etc. Dave also comments about being a
long way from LA, and it's good to be playing in San Francisco.

FLAWS: Am I Evil? has a fade out, then comes back also has a drop out. It's almost
like someone tried to splice this song together. My copy has the tape flip during
Mustaine's intro to Seek and Destroy.

BAND PERFORMANCE: Well, James' vocals are pretty high end in the early days. Hadn't
mastered the 'Hetfield growl' quite yet. Dave does most of talking between songs. All
songs are played at break neck speed. You can just picture these guys just head
banging. They seem to be quite happy to be playing in San Francisco. Jump in the
fire has the original lyrics, and Mechanix is pre Four Horsemen. Nice to hear the
Prince as it doesn't show up in live shows too often.
