DVD QUALITY: 2018 Metallica released the AJFA boxset, and the DVD of this show was included.
Really cool to finally see this, as I knew it was taped by Otto, but thought it would
never see the light of day. 2/3 of the show is shot from Kirk's side in the crowd,
and the last 1/3 is shot from the side of the stage. Audio and video quality are very
good at best, but something like this you don't really complain.

SOURCE: AJFA Boxset

AUDIO QUALITY: Quality is pretty decent, very listenable. There is a layer
of distortion, but who can really complain about a show like this. It's
not great, but this is still a must have show for the secret gig feel and
setlist.

SOURCE: mono cassette->2nd(?) gen cass->Sound Forge 6.0->WAV->FLAC

TIME: 120 minutes

CORRECT SHOW: Yes, definitely the setlist for the Newark secret gig show.

FLAWS: none

BAND PERFORMANCE: Clearly the band is in a loose mood on this rehearsal gig. I
think many people list this as a club gig, but it wasn't really a true members gig.
They had taken some time off during the Justice summer tour, and
this is a warm up gig right before the last leg of the tour starts. All kinds of
goodies in this setlist. No Remorse they try a couple singers from the crowd, they
fail miserablely. Otto tries to sing during Metal Militia. London
Dungeon, Hit the Lights, Blitzkrieg, the list goes on. Up to this point the shows
had followed a strict formula, so this was quite a surprise.
