VIDEO QUALITY: Decent by '88 and Monsters of Rock tour standards.
Distant and shakey, but you can see what's going on and the video is
pretty crisp.  Sound is good only slightly distorted. Overall you get a nice feel 
of what the shows were like on this tour.

FLAWS: none

BAND PERFORMANCE: Hot metal on a hot day I assume since there is a guy
down in front hosing down the crowd with water the entire show.  For
their part Metallica puts on a great show, and the crowd loves it.  
The impromptu Helpless jam right before Fade is due to James needing to
tune the guitar correctly, or at least he's having some guitar issues.
