Intro Creeping Death For Whom the Bell Tolls (power outage) Wherever I May Roam Disposable Heroes Kirk's solo #1 Welcome Home (Sanitarium) ...And Justice for All The Memory Remains No Leaf Clover Jungle Essence Orion Fade to Black Master of Puppets Battery Sad but True (cut) Kirk's solo #2 Nothing Else Matters One Enter Sandman Whiplash Seek and Destroy > Let There Be Rock jam AUDIO QUALITY: Typical big festival recording. A lot of crowd chatter and sing along close to the taper. Nothing worse than someone singing along who doesn't know the words really well. Music is fairly well balanced, James'voice comes out well. However, the distance and the crowd noise make this some what difficult to listen to. That being said, this was the show where the power outage fried the Live Metallica laptop so this show is only partially available in mp3 format from livemetallica.com. Good to have a complete show. The taper is in the middle of a sea of people. Lots of obstructions, most of the time they are filming the big screens. Hardly any shots of the band due to the position of taping. VERSION: Commander SOURCE: MASTER > 2DVD TIME: 132 minutes CORRECT SHOW: Yes, James says the city name a few times. FLAWS: Sad but True is cut for mini disc swap. BAND PERFORMANCE: Overall the performance is pretty solid, they recover nicely after the 15 minute power outage. Nearly all of Master of Puppets was played, but No Leaf Clover was a nice addition. Not sure if they cut any songs out do to the outage or if they just played longer.
