Blackened No Remorse w/ Dyers Eve teaser Harvester of Sorrow Welcome Home (Sanitarium) For Whom the Bell Tolls Frantic The Thing That Should Not Be St. Anger Seek and Destroy One Battery > Holy Diver jam Master of Puppets Nothing Else Matters Creeping Death Sad but True Enter Sandman AUDIO QUALITY: WOW, this show was initially released a few days after the show happened, that copy has been traded all over the place. Metallica apparently was unhappy with the mix, decided to remix the show, and re-released it. This is that copy that was recently did a re-broadcast on Rockpalast. I haven't heard the original copy yet, but I was told there is a lot of high end. This version is much more balanced, and just all around sounds wonderful. Highly recommend. This is one of the top 5 bootlegs to get for sure. SOURCE: WDR TRANSFER: Master > DVD TIME: 120 minutes CORRECT SHOW: Yes, James says Rock-am-Ring. FLAWS: None BAND PERFORMANCE: Pretty nice performance by Metallica actually. I say that because this was early in the tour, and some of the shows during the middle of this tour were a bit "rough". James' voice is not quite into shape, but overall this is an enjoyable show to listen to. Still mixing up the setlist which was nice. Too bad they no longer do that. Really can't say much more than that, the outstanding quality of this broadcast really makes this a worth while addition to anyone's collection.![]()
