VIDEO QUALITY: Overall this is a pretty good video - especially since good videos are hard to come
by on this tour. This is a true 1st gen upgrade.  The previous version was not from ther master, 
as the taper came out later and said he never did any transfers from his master.
There are a more than a few heads and camera ducks for security,
but you still get a really nice visual of what their show was like for the Monsters of Rock tour.

FLAWS: DVD incomplete.

BAND PERFORMANCE: Nice performance for early in the tour. Harvester of Sorrow makes it into the
setlist, and that's always cool for this tour. Otherwise, it's a very concise 45 minute set
with a great performance.
