VIDEO QUALITY: Starts off on the left, but moves more center.
Pretty decent overall. A little shakey at times, and some
obstructions.  There is another version that has Breadfan
missing.  Sometimes dark, sometimes fuzzy.  It's still
very watchable though.

BAND PERFORMANCE: Solid night in Toronto. It is pretty funny
during the Die chant of Creeping Death, some dude makes it on
stage, but gets taken out by security.  Looked like it was
a painful experience for him!
