Intro The Call of Ktulu Master of Puppets Of Wolf and Man The Thing That Should Not Be Fuel The Memory Remains No Leaf Clover Hero of the Day Devil's Dance Bleeing Me Nothing Else Matters Until It Sleeps For Whom the Bell Tolls -Human Wherever I May Roam The Outlaw Torn Sad but True One Enter Sandman Battery QUALITY: Pretty nice quality overall, though a tad distant. Strangely enough on this version the orchestra over powers the band. You can hear James really well, but the guitars are definitely low in the recording. Definitely makes for a different listen. I have a couple sources from this show, this is the first to be reviewed. I'll do the others over time. SOURCE: Schoeps MK4s > R-mod box > SBM-1 > TCD-D100 TRANSFER: PCM-R300 > USBPre > Soundforge 7.0b > shntool 2.0.3 > flac 1.1.2 TIME: 145 minutes CORRECT SHOW: Yes, James mentions something about living in the Bay area. FLAWS: None BAND PERFORMANCE: Obviously one of those recordings you need to have in your collection - of course you should own S&M as the official release before getting these two S.F. shows. Goes without saying though that these orchestra gigs should be a part of your collection for the unique aspect of the show, and the debut of No Leaf Clover and -Human. Great performance and an amazing job of bringing two different musical worlds together. Very cool.
