FLAWS: lots of video drop outs and some of Bells and Fade are cut.

BAND PERFORMANCE: Funny momemnt when someone jumps on stage and
starts drumming when Kirk and Lars are doing their bit.  I can't tell
if that was someone they knew or if that was some random dude who
started drumming.
