VIDEO QUALITY: Great video, steady with a few heads here an there, but nothing
to really complain about.  Close-ups are not great, but still very enjoyable show
to watch and listen to.

BAND PERFORMANCE: Another great show, the band is in top form tonight for sure.
Lars' birthday, so he gets the pie treatment after the stage disaster. Apparently, they
have a traditional red jacket that Lars wears.  You also see Kirk wearing it in 
the beginning of the 11/18/96 show.
