QUALITY: Very nice recording, no surprise with the equipment used, I have a few
other shows from the same taper, and they are all really good. Nice job to the taper, very
little crowd noise, nice balance, vocals come across nice, etc. etc. Thanks for releasing this
one since it was not available on livemetallica.com.

SOURCE: DPA 4061s > Sony SBM-1 (Oade line mod) > Sony M1 (48 khz) (taped 50' from one of the
hanging corner stacks)
TRANSFER: Master DAT > Sony M1 > Sony Optical Cable > AOpen Cobra Soundcard > Cool Edit Pro
(resample at highest setting) > dED > dEQ > CDWave > FLAC
TAPER: pjdavep

TIME: 142 minutes

CORRECT SHOW: Yes, Jacksonville is said a few times.

FLAWS: None

BAND PERFORMANCE: First thing that stands out about the performance is that
James' voice is a little rough around the edges. Not sure if he has a head cold or
if it's the end of the tour wear and tear on the voice. Unforgiven is a nice change
to the setlist, but otherwise that's about the only stand out. James does a
slight variation to the '91-'92 acoustic interlude to Unforgiven. Sounds pretty
cool. Some jackass disrupts Bells, and they have to stop. Not sure if he runs on stage, or
throws something, but sounds like he gets escorted out. James says "Goodbye asshole, now go
call your mom" heh, good one James. Seems to be a lack of enthusiams from the band on
this show. It's almost if they never recovered from being interrupted during Bells.
