Intro Blackened For Whom the Bell Tolls Welcome Home (Sanitarium) The Four Horsemen Harvester of Sorrow Eye of the Beholder Jason's solo > To Live Is to Die jam Master of Puppets Damage, Inc. One Seek and Destroy ...And Justice for All > Bern Crowd Improv chant Creeping Death Battery > Prowler > Run to the Hills > Helpless Last Caress (cut) QUALITY: Not a great audio by any means. It's distant, a lot of high end, with some minor distortion and hiss. I was able to clean it up some during the transfer process, but in the end it is listenable, but not something that you'd probably listen to more than once. Sadly this is not a complete show, I imagine the taper did not bring enough tape. We're missing Kirk's solo, Fade to Black, Am I Evil, and Whiplash. The last four or so songs the tape speed is slowed WAY down. Kind of a chore to listen to it this way. SOURCE: unknown mics > unknown recorder TRANSFER: unknown gen cassette > Adobe Audigy Platinum > Goldwave > CDWAVE > WAV (transferred by me) TIME: 102 minutes CORRECT SHOW: Yes, "Hammersmith you got some arms out there?" The 1st and 2nd night have exactly the same setlist. The first night James says "what the fuck is going on, you sound like a bunch of old ladies" before Seek and Destroy. FLAWS: Missing Kirk's solo and everything after Last Caress. BAND PERFORMANCE: Nice solid performance, nothing too out of the ordinary here other than it was the 1st of 3 nights at the Hammersmith. Crowd seemed into it, band was into it, makes for a great show.
