QUALITY: Really nice sounding show, but you don't get much better than Schoeps and a DAT.
A little heavy on the low end, but it's almost not even worth mentioning. There are
some annoying talkers near the taper, it's not bad, but they are there. Out of the tapers
control, but nothing ruins a recording faster than annoying talkers and singers. The recording
is distant like all 2004 US shows, but still very listenable and enjoyable.

Source: Schoeps MK4s > NBOX > SBM-1 > TCD-D100
Transfer: Fostex D5 > SP/DIF > DIO2448 > Soundforge 7.0b > shntool 3.0.2 > flac 1.1.1
TIME: 130 minutes

CORRECT SHOW: Yes, James says Philly and Philadelphia a lot. Also makes reference
to it being the second night.

FLAWS: Towards the last half of the concert there are these bursts of static, they don't
last very long. It's almost as if a cell phone was in use near the taper.

BAND PERFORMANCE: Really nice performance, James seems to be in a loose mood. Nice setlist - Holier,
Dyers, Thing, Damage, Bleeding Me, all great stuff. The quality of the recording definitely helps
bring out the finer moments of this show. Definitely one of those where you'll find yourself listening
to this audience over the stale soundboards. Really cool Orion jam during the end of Junglessence. It's one
of my favorite pieces of music written by Metallica, glad they bring that out live every now and then.
The band Break the Chair comes on stage and joins Metallica for Seek and Destroy. Pretty cool,
here's their website if you want to see the details - http://www.breakthechair.com
