BAND PERFORMANCE: I believe this is the first show that happened after their
gear was stolen on the 18th in Boston.  The 1/22 Boston date was the
rescheduled one.  Lots of references to the equipment being stolen, and using
equipment from Anthrax.  Great show still, they were obviously pissed off.
