BAND PERFORMANCE: US 1985 tour is just getting underway.  Metallica is in nice
form tonight from what you can pick out in the recording. James introduces
Creeping Death as the European Tour Single...which is why it may have been
last in the set? Typically the formula by bands back then was to save their
single or best song for last.   Not sure if that was the case here.
